# iSyncSO > iSyncSO is the company. SYNC is its product: an AI sales agent for B2B (the kind of tool often called an AI SDR) that researches every account, reads buying signals, maps the buying committee and only writes when it finds a reason. CIDE (Context Injected Data Engine) is the engine underneath, the part that decides whether an account gets a message. ## Names - iSyncSO: the company. Founded in 2025, based in Doorn, the Netherlands. It is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce as ISYNCSO, KVK 98210424. - SYNC: the product, made by iSyncSO. An agent that works sales accounts: it finds them, researches them, maps the people involved, drafts a message and sends it from the user's own mailbox, by default after a person approves it. It works as a layer next to the tools a team already uses; it does not replace a CRM or a mailbox. - CIDE: the Context Injected Data Engine, the part of SYNC that decides whether there is anything worth saying, to whom, and why. ## Category and common questions - Category: SYNC is an AI sales agent for B2B, the kind of tool often called an AI SDR. It does account research, reads buying signals (trigger events), maps the buying committee and drafts outreach for a person to approve. It works account by account, and works best for companies selling in the Netherlands and Belgium. - Is SYNC an AI SDR? It does the work an SDR does before a first conversation (finding companies, researching them, drafting first messages), in a different order from most tools in the category: research first, and a message only when there is a reason it can cite. A person approves each message by default. https://www.isyncso.com/sync/ai-sdr - Which buying signals does SYNC read? Changes a company shows in public: new vacancies on careers pages, changes of leadership, new locations on its own site, news in the press. Public register facts such as size and sector are used to judge fit. A signal becomes a reason to write only when it meets the user's criteria. https://www.isyncso.com/sync/buying-signals - How is SYNC different from a contact database or enrichment tool? It starts from the account, not a list: it decides whether there is a reason to write, to whom and in what order. Company data, verified emails and phone numbers, research and drafting run inside SYNC on Nectar, one monthly budget per seat. - Glossary of the terms SYNC uses (AI SDR, buying signal, buying committee, tier, reason to write): https://www.isyncso.com/glossary ## Key facts - The first rule: no dossier, no message. An account without a reason we can cite is left alone. - SYNC researches accounts from public sources: careers pages, the company's own site, LinkedIn, public register pages and the press. Email addresses and phone numbers come from a lookup provider. Every fact is kept with its source and the date it was read. - Accounts are scored against up to twelve criteria, written from what SYNC learned about the user's company and from how the user recognises a good prospect. The user can edit them. Tiers run from A to D: A and B are worked, C and D are left alone. - SYNC writes a dossier with a business case for each account it works. - SYNC maps the buying group in seven roles: economic buyer, champion, user, influencer, blocker, indifferent, unknown. In a contact plan, users hear first and buyers last. Blockers are never written to. - SYNC drafts one message: an observation, a claim and one question, written to the user's own writing rules. - Every account starts with a person approving every message before it is sent, follow-ups included. The user can relax that per account: approve only the first message, or let it run. - Messages are sent from the user's own mailbox (Outlook or Gmail). Replies land in the conversation, with an answer drafted. The mailbox connection is held by Composio, the connection provider; SYNC never sees the password. - Channels: SYNC sends email only. LinkedIn is read for research; LinkedIn messages and calls are tasks for the user. - Languages: SYNC writes in Dutch, English, German and French. It knows Dutch companies far better than companies elsewhere. - CRM: HubSpot contacts sync both ways, or one way. Companies and deals are not synced. Salesforce and Pipedrive can be connected; nothing is synced with them. - Existing clients: a pasted client list holds those companies, and no outreach goes to them. - Pace: at most three messages to one person, and three to one account, in any seven days. Never twice to the same person within 48 hours. The limits hold for every message SYNC sends; a message the user writes and sends themselves is not held. - Workspace data is stored in the EU (Ireland). The AI model providers process data outside the EU, or in no fixed region; https://www.isyncso.com/legal/subprocessors lists each location. - CIDE's database: 432,837 companies in 46 countries as of CIDE 2, measured on 25 October 2026 (403,752 of them in the Netherlands). - The one published client result is a hotel staffing case, with every name withheld: a reply after 58 minutes and a call the next morning. Other examples on the site are labelled as illustrations. - Not published: reply, open and meeting rates. The records are not yet good enough to divide by anything. - Leaving: on request, iSyncSO exports or deletes a workspace's data and answers within one month. - SYNC is in early beta. A work email at https://www.isyncso.com/try gets a free first look of the company and a place on the beta list; iSyncSO sends the invites. ## Pricing Monthly prices in euros, excluding VAT. There is no annual billing. - Free: €0, 5 accounts a month, with enough usage to try every feature - Starter: €649 per seat a month. One user: your proposition, your market, the dossiers and the prepared messages - Pro: €849 per seat a month. More volume, signals on your open deals, the contact map per account - Scale: €999 per seat a month. For a sales team: multiple mailboxes, the release desk, the full buying group - Managed: from €3,999 a month. We run it: everything in Scale, plus we make the calls and put the meetings in your calendar - Teams of 5 or more users: custom pricing (https://www.isyncso.com/contact) On the paid plans, usage runs on Nectar, a monthly budget. The user sees when they are approaching the limit; above it they top up or move up a tier. No surprises afterwards. Nectar is per seat and never pools across a team. Researching and scoring a company, building a dossier, each agent step on an account, a drafted message and a verified email address or mobile number use Nectar; learning the user's company, building the criteria and re-scoring a finished run cost nothing. Nectar starts again each month. A market run is one search of the market: SYNC finds companies that could fit, researches and scores them, and sorts them into tiers. The first run starts once the user has checked the criteria. ## Product - [SYNC](https://www.isyncso.com/sync): what the agent does, from the first session to the send - [CIDE](https://www.isyncso.com/cide): how SYNC decides whether an account gets a message - [Pricing](https://www.isyncso.com/pricing): plans, Nectar, questions about pricing - [Commitments](https://www.isyncso.com/commitments): the rules SYNC works by - [Security & data](https://www.isyncso.com/security): what SYNC reads, writes, sends and stores - [Questions before you start](https://www.isyncso.com/sync/questions): fifteen practical questions and answers - [AI SDR](https://www.isyncso.com/sync/ai-sdr): SYNC as an AI SDR, what it does and what stays with a person - [Buying signals](https://www.isyncso.com/sync/buying-signals): which signals SYNC reads, and when one is a reason to write - [Glossary](https://www.isyncso.com/glossary): account research and outreach terms, and what each means in SYNC - [Integrations](https://www.isyncso.com/integrations): what each connection does and does not do - [Solutions](https://www.isyncso.com/solutions): for staffing agencies, agencies, B2B services and founders who sell - [Trust centre](https://www.isyncso.com/trust): data, sub-processors, opting out, reporting a security issue - [Europe first](https://www.isyncso.com/europe): why European buyers ask where data sits and who decides, how the EU answers, and what that means in SYNC, limits included - [Facts](https://www.isyncso.com/facts): dated facts about iSyncSO, SYNC and CIDE - [Try SYNC](https://www.isyncso.com/try): free first look and early beta sign-up ## Research - [Research](https://www.isyncso.com/research): what we learn from running SYNC on our own outbound and with client teams, including what failed - [How we measure](https://www.isyncso.com/research/how-we-measure): the rules every number on the Research pages follows - [One vacancy, one reply in 58 minutes](https://www.isyncso.com/research/hotel-staffing): case study - [What mailbox providers actually require](https://www.isyncso.com/research/what-mailbox-providers-require): guide - [What we cannot measure yet](https://www.isyncso.com/research/what-we-cannot-measure-yet): research - [Information foraging, and why SYNC reads before it writes](https://www.isyncso.com/research/information-foraging): perspective - [The accounts we left alone](https://www.isyncso.com/research/accounts-we-left-alone): research - [Why SYNC refuses to write without a reason](https://www.isyncso.com/research/why-sync-refuses-to-write-without-a-reason): perspective - [What reps change before they send](https://www.isyncso.com/research/what-reps-change-before-they-send): research - [Advice a model may skip is advice it does skip](https://www.isyncso.com/research/advice-a-model-may-skip): research - [What a human approval is worth](https://www.isyncso.com/research/what-a-human-approval-is-worth): perspective - [Mapping the buying group: who really decides?](https://www.isyncso.com/research/mapping-the-buying-group): guide - [We asked our own product who should buy it](https://www.isyncso.com/research/we-asked-our-own-product-who-should-buy-it): case study - [Feed (RSS)](https://www.isyncso.com/research/feed.xml) ## Company - [Company](https://www.isyncso.com/company): the company behind SYNC - [Careers](https://www.isyncso.com/careers) - [Press](https://www.isyncso.com/press): boilerplate, facts, logo and colours - [Changelog](https://www.isyncso.com/changelog) - [Contact](https://www.isyncso.com/contact): sales, support, press, security and privacy: innovate@isyncso.com.
