Never without a reason.
A message needs a dossier with a sourced case behind it. Accounts without one are left alone, and you can see which ones and why.

The contact plan adds at most one new person per account per day, and no account gets more than three touches in a day.

Every account starts with approval on each send, follow-ups included. You can relax that per account: approve only the first message, or let it run.

Workspace data is stored in Ireland. Your mailbox connects through Microsoft's and Google's own sign-in; SYNC never sees your password.

What SYNC reads, writes, sends and stores.
Reads
Public pages about the companies you target: sites, vacancies, news, registers and LinkedIn company pages. Your threads with prospects, to catch replies. Your CRM, through a connection you approve.
Writes
HubSpot contacts, both ways, if you switch that on. Anything else in your CRM only when you approve it.
Sends
Email from your own Outlook or Gmail, at the pace above, in the send mode you chose for that account.
Stores
Dossiers, drafts, sent messages and replies, in your own workspace, in the EU.
