The rules SYNC works by, written down so you can hold us to them. Each one describes what the product does today, not only what we intend.
Never without a reason.
A message needs a dossier with a sourced case behind it. Accounts without one are left alone, and you can see which ones and why.

At most three messages to one person, and three to one account, in any seven days. Never twice to the same person within 48 hours. A contact plan spaces people out: one new person at a time. A message you write and send yourself is yours to time.

Every account starts with approval on each send, follow-ups included. You can relax that per account: approve only the first message, or let it run.

Workspace data is stored in Ireland. Some AI model providers process data outside the EU, and the sub-processor list shows where. You sign in to your mailbox on Microsoft's or Google's own screen. The connection is held by Composio, our connection provider. SYNC never sees your password.

What SYNC reads, writes, sends and stores.
Reads
Public pages about the companies you target: sites, vacancies, news, public register pages, LinkedIn company pages and the public LinkedIn profiles of the people in the buying group. Your threads with prospects, to catch replies. Your CRM, through a connection you approve. Email addresses and phone numbers come from a lookup provider.
Writes
HubSpot contacts, both ways or one way, if you switch that on. Nothing else in your CRM is synced: not companies, not deals, and nothing in Salesforce or Pipedrive.
Sends
Email from your own Outlook or Gmail, within the limits above, in the send mode you chose for that account. LinkedIn messages and calls are tasks for you.
Stores
Dossiers, drafts, sent messages and replies, in your own workspace, in the EU.

Leave your work email. SYNC reads your company’s website and sends you a first look: what you sell, who probably buys it, and up to five companies scored A to D, each with its source.
