We're a compact, founder-led team where agents do the leverage and people do the judgment. Everyone ships, everyone talks to users, and nobody babysits dashboards.
How we work
We practice what we ship: our own operating system runs our go-to-market, our agents draft before humans decide, and our approval gates apply to us too. The team stays small on purpose — we'd rather give ten people unreasonable scope than give fifty people meetings. Built in the EU; remote-friendly within European time zones; on-site weeks when the work is physical (Raven is physical).

Full-stack and AI engineers who want agents, retrieval, and one-memory architectures in production — not in notebooks. TypeScript, Postgres, and an unreasonable respect for verification.
Field research (trades)
People who can hold their own on a job site and in a design review — trades backgrounds welcome and prized. You'll shape Raven from the ground truth up.
Design
Designers who think in systems and grammars, not screens — our products carry one visual language from marketing site to command console.
Go-to-market
Operators who want to sell an intelligence system by actually using it — every GTM hire runs their own market on Hyves from week one.
