SYNC / AI SDR

An AI SDR that researches before it writes.

SYNC by iSyncSO does the work of a sales development representative before the first conversation: finding companies, researching them and drafting the first messages. It does it account by account, and it writes only when there is a reason it can cite.

01

What people mean by an AI SDR

An SDR, a sales development representative, finds companies worth talking to, researches them and writes the first messages. An AI SDR is software that does that work. A common approach is to start from a list and write at volume.

SYNC does the same work in a different order. It reads each account first, decides whether there is anything worth saying, to whom and why, and only then drafts a message.

02

What SYNC does

  • Finds companies and scores them against up to twelve criteria written from what SYNC learned about your company and from how you recognise a good prospect. Each lands in a tier from A to D; A and B are worked, C and D are left alone.
  • Researches each account from its careers pages, its own site, LinkedIn, the press and public register pages, and keeps every fact with its source and the day it was read.
  • Reads buying signals, such as an open role or a change on the company's own site, and treats one as a reason to write only when it meets your criteria.
  • Maps the buying committee in seven roles and plans who hears first: users first, buyers last, blockers never.
  • Drafts in Dutch, English, German or French, chosen by where the account is, and sends from your own Outlook or Gmail.
03

What stays with a person

Every account starts with approval on each message: nothing is sent until you release it on the release desk, and you can relax that per account. You can edit any draft, and set the length, sign-off and phrases a message may never use.

LinkedIn messages and calls are tasks for you. When someone replies, SYNC drafts an answer in the same thread for you to send.

04

What it will not do

  • Write without a reason it can cite.
  • Send more than three messages to one person, or three to one account, in any seven days, or write to the same person twice within 48 hours.
  • Write to a blocker in the buying group.
  • Write to companies on your client list.
05

Where it works best

SYNC works best today for teams selling to companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. It knows the Netherlands far better than anywhere else. Staffing agencies, agencies, B2B service companies and founders who sell are the teams it is built for.
