How connecting works.

- 02Composio holds the connection.Composio is our connection provider for mailbox, calendar and CRM connections.
- 03Disconnect whenever you like. You can disconnect any connection from your workspace, at any time.
What SYNC reads, writes, sends and stores is on Commitments and Security and data. Every connection is on every plan; see Pricing. Composio is listed on Sub-processors. More practical answers are in Questions before you start.
