An agent for every account.

SYNC finds the accounts, builds the case, maps the people involved and writes from your mailbox. By default, you approve each message.

What SYNC needs from you.

Your work emailSYNC reads your company's site from the domain and shows you what it found: what you sell and who buys it. You confirm or correct.
One sentenceHow you recognise a good prospect. This is the only answer you must write yourself.
OptionalFive to fifteen customers you have won or would like to win, and any documents you already have.
Not needed to startA CRM, a mailbox connection or a card. You connect Outlook or Gmail when you want to send.

Every account gets a dossier.

The case for writing, the people to write to, and a first message waiting for you. Every signal and every score links to its source. The business case is SYNC's reasoning from those facts.

Everyone involved, not one contact.

Deals are decided by four or five people. SYNC writes to each of them with their own angle.

In a contact plan, users hear first and buyers last. Blockers are never written to. A contact plan spaces people out: one new person at a time.

Three messages a week, at most.

You decide how much it does alone.

Approve every messageWhere every account starts, follow-ups included.
Approve the first per accountYou set the tone; SYNC keeps the thread going.
Let it runPer account, once you have approved enough to trust it.
Every account starts with a person approving each message. From the hotel case: a reply after 58 minutes.

A normal week.

WeekdaysSYNC works on weekdays, in the account's own working hours.
Drafts wait for youThey wait on your release desk. Open it when it suits you: read the draft, open the case to see why this person, edit it, release it or discard it.
Replies come to the same placeWith an answer already drafted.
Followed accountsAccounts you follow are re-read every week for changes.

When someone answers.

  • The reply lands in the conversation and SYNC stops to reassess the account.
  • It drafts an answer in the same thread.
  • An out-of-office is recognised and waited out.
  • A “no” closes the conversation, and that address is never written to again, in any workspace.
  • If the person names a time and your calendar is connected, SYNC can book it.

When nobody answers.

  • SYNC does not run a fixed sequence.
  • SYNC sends at most three messages to one person, and three to one account, in any seven days, and never two to the same person within 48 hours.
  • After five days of silence the plan moves to the next people.
  • A bounced address is dropped.

Your rules, enforced.

You setFor each thing you sell: the maximum length, the sign-off, the kind of question a message may ask, and the phrases it may never use.
EnforcedA draft that breaks one of these is refused before you see it.
EditableEvery draft can be edited on the desk before it goes out.
Sent as youIt leaves under your name, with your signature, from your mailbox, and sits in your own Sent folder.
LanguageSYNC writes in Dutch, English, German or French, chosen by where the account is.

On top of what you already run.

Nothing to replace. This is what each connection does.

What each connection does
ConnectionWhat it does
Outlook, GmailSends from your own mailbox and reads the replies.
Google or Outlook calendarReads free slots; writes the meeting when a prospect agrees to a time.
HubSpotContacts sync both ways, or one way if you prefer. Companies and deals are not synced.
Salesforce, PipedriveCan be connected. Nothing is synced with them.
Your client listPaste it in, and those companies are held: no outreach goes to them.
LinkedInRead for research only. SYNC cannot send a LinkedIn message; LinkedIn messages and calls are tasks for you.

You sign in on Microsoft's or Google's own screen. The connection is held by Composio, our connection provider. SYNC never sees your password.

Leave your work email. SYNC reads your company’s website and sends you a first look: what you sell, who probably buys it, and up to five companies scored A to D, each with its source.
