Who SYNC is for.

A team that sells a service or product to businesses, knows who its good customers are, and has no time to research every account before writing. Here is what that looks like for four kinds of teams.

Most of your market has no reason to hear from you. Some of it does.

The same rules for every team.

The page you pick changes the signals and the people. It does not change how SYNC behaves.

The reasonA message needs a reason SYNC can cite: a signal with a source you can open. Accounts without one are left alone.
The paceAt most three messages to one person, and three to one account, in any seven days. Never twice to the same person within 48 hours.
The approvalNothing is sent until a person approves it. It leaves from your own Outlook or Gmail, under your name.
The tiersEach company lands in a tier from A to D. A and B are worked; C and D are left alone.

When SYNC is not the right fit yet.

Better to read this now than to find out in January.

You sell mostly outside the Netherlands and Belgium. It works best today for companies selling in the Netherlands and Belgium, and knows the Netherlands far better than anywhere else.
You need another language. It writes Dutch, English, German and French, and no other language.
You want LinkedIn messages or calls done for you.SYNC sends email. LinkedIn messages and calls are tasks for you.
You want to reach as many companies as you can.SYNC writes only where it finds a reason, and never more than three messages a week to one person.
You need reply rates before you decide. We publish no reply rates yet. The one result we publish is the hotel case.
