iSYNCSO is a founder-led innovation company based in the Netherlands, started in 2025 and newly funded. We build products for the challenges rapid innovation creates — and we intend to still be proud of them in twenty years.
Origin
Started from the wake, not the wave.
iSYNCSO was founded in 2025 by Gody du Insbergen, after years of watching the same scene from inside fast-moving companies: a new capability arrives, the demo dazzles, and six months later the people who were supposed to benefit are drowning in tools they were never taught to command. The technology wasn't the problem. The missing translation layer between technology and the humans it lands on — that was the problem.
So the company was built around that layer. Our first product, Hyves (Holistic Yield & Validation Engines), took the hardest version of the knowledge-work problem — B2B sales, where tool sprawl and bad data punish teams daily — and replaced the sprawl with one system that does the machine work and leaves people the judgment. Hyves is live today and carries the commercial weight of the mission.
The round
Funded to build all three divisions.
We recently closed a funding round — the details live in the newsroom. What matters here is what it's for: accelerating Hyves' go-to-market, bringing Project Raven's first instruments from the bench to real job sites, and expanding the Hyve Foundation's access programs. The round was raised on the three-division thesis, not against it — our investors backed the long view.

Founder-led, small by design
A compact team of builders with unusually large surface area each — agents do the leverage, people do the judgment. We practice what we ship.
Products, not decks
Every division is measured by what's live in someone's workday. Research exists to become instruments; instruments exist to survive the field.
European roots, global aim
Built and hosted in the EU, GDPR-native by construction. We think privacy discipline is a feature of good engineering, not a compliance cost.
Announce late
We talk about things when they work. Raven is unannounced by design; Hyves shipped before it was marketed.
