Terms.

By using SYNC, our websites and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by ISYNCSO, KVK 98210424, Doorn (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SYNC is an agent that researches accounts from public sources, scores them against up to twelve criteria that you can edit, writes a dossier with a business case, maps the buying group, and drafts one message to your writing rules. CIDE is the engine underneath. By default, nothing is sent until a person approves it, and messages are sent from your own mailbox.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to tell you about material changes.

You decide what is sent. Every account starts with approval on each send, and you can relax that per account. You are responsible for the messages sent from your workspace, including those sent after you relax approval, and for having a lawful basis to contact the people you write to.
